Terdapat beberapa cara dalam membuat tinta, tetapi yang paling umum adalah menggunakan ekstrak buah berry. Anak-anak bisa membuat tinta sendiri dan kegiatan ini juga membantu anak memahami bagaimana cara pembuatan tinta.
Bahan-bahan:
  • Raspberry
  • Saringan
  • Mangkuk logam atau kaca
  • Cuka
  • Garam
  • Toples
  • Air
  • Soda kue
  • Ekstrak anggur
Cara pembuatan:
Membuat tinta dari berry
  1. Beli 1 cangkir buah raspberry
  2. Taruh saringan ke atas gelas kaca atau logam (jangan gunakan bahan plastik karena ekstrak berry akan membekas permanen). Lalu peras buah hingga keluar sarinya.
  3. Tambahkan 1/2 st cuka dan aduk.
  4. Tambahkan 1/2 st garam. Garam digunakan sebagai zat pengawet.
  5. Tuang ke dalam botol, tutup rapat dan siap digunakan.
Membuat tinta transparan
  1. Campur 5 sm air dengan 5 sm soda kue ke dalam mangkuk, lalu aduk.
  2. Ambil kuas dan celupkan ke cairan larutan dan tulis pesan ke atas selembar kertas.
  3. Tuangkan ekstrak anggur ke atas tulisan maka tulisan anda akan terlihat.
